We are excited to share the news of our office move! At the Fall ’24 board meeting, NWA’s Executive Committee decided to transition to a fully remote office, and that transition has officially taken place. Our staff has shifted to a fully remote setup, and the office in Lakeland is officially closed as of yesterday. This change brings many benefits, including increased flexibility and reduced overhead costs. This transition will open up new opportunities and a more dynamic work environment for all of us.
As part of this transition, we have updated our mailing address, which will appear on our bills and other correspondence. NWA will collaborate with ASG on mail and billing processes to ensure a smooth transition.
